DOL Publishes Updated PERM and Prevailing Wage Processing Times

The Department of Labor (DOL) has released its latest processing-time report for PERM labor certification applications and prevailing wage determinations (PWDs). As of September 22, 2026, the agency was reviewing PERM applications filed in December 2025 or earlier under both analyst review and audit review. DOL was also handling reconsideration requests submitted in April 2026 or earlier.

For prevailing wage determinations, the September 30, 2026, update showed that DOL was processing PERM and H-1B wage requests filed in June 2026, including requests based on both Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) data and non-OEWS sources.
