Following the tragedy of the 9/11 events, the U.S. government was rightfully concerned about future attacks. To that end, they took measures to mitigate possible future criminal or terrorist activity in the U.S. They passed the Immigration and Nationality Act, which made the S visa a tool against these activities. So in this Podcast, we will talk about the S visa, which is sometimes jokingly referred to as the “snitch visa.”
